CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTATION

Please either download a registartion form from the 2010 DOWNLOADS page, or fill in the following form to register for the 2009 Five of Clubs Championship.

Please note that upon application, a joining fee of £20 for driver/co-driver OR £35 per crew is due.

Please make your payment payable to: "Five of Clubs Championship" and send your cheque to: Kirsty Riddick at the address on the Contacts page.  Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque.
